This three-storey home has a kitchen/diner, a utility, a sitting room with woodburning stove, one king-size bedroom, two double bedrooms, a second-floor twin (zip/link), a bathroom and a cloakroom. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, and two Smart TVs. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, patio, furniture and barbecue, an enclosed rear garden with lawn, and off-road parking for two cars. Three well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 1.4 miles, and a pub and Stanley Ferry Aqueduct in 0.4 miles. Enjoy rural West Yorkshire at The Moorings. Note: Restricted headroom in the twin bedroom; please take care.
