Welcome to a completely newly built modern house that is bright and fresh with both sea and mountain views! There are several terraces in different directions and floors, 3 bedrooms with 3 attached bathrooms, a garden with olive trees and a large, heated infinity saltwater pool, outdoor shower, lounge groups, parasols, 6 sunbeds and a barbecue area with a dining area.

From the quiet, wide street you have a garage door and entrance. On the entrance floor there is an open combined living room and kitchen with panoramic windows, sofa group, TV and dining area. A guest toilet and a large balcony with a dining area, sunbeds and a view of the sea and the beautiful mountains. Downstairs there are two bedrooms (A & Y) with attached bathroom and access to the pool terrace. Another flight down is a large bedroom (F), with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom.
To get to the beach, you can walk 1.5 km or to Nerja Center 2 km. You can also go down to the main road and take the bus, or use a taxi.

If you want more bedrooms and a larger area, or if you are 7-12 people, it is also possible to rent the independent studio on the lower floor with 2 more bedrooms.
