The 65m2 house has space for 4 guests and offers a kitchen open to the living-dining room, a bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms. The 8x4m swimming pool (depth 1 to 1.4m) is surrounded with artificial grass with 4 sun loungers and a garden with trees with corners for a break. The town of Santa Margalida is 3.6km away with its services and restaurants. The closest beaches are Can Picafort and Son Serra de Marina (9.6km). Free firewood is available for the barbecue. A welcome pack is offered with a bottle of wine and ensaimada, which is a typical Mallorcan dessert. Pets are allowed on request. Celebrations are allowed upon request.
