The space
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance, exuding a sense of tranquility that reflects the picturesque surroundings.

The living area is thoughtfully designed, featuring comfortable furnishings and a range of amenities for your convenience.

There is a large double bed, a separate kitchen which is equipped with a fridge freezer, kettle and microwave. The self contained flat also has separate private toilet and bathroom.

The property is a self contained flat at the back of a larger property and guests will have access to the terrace and patio area, where they can sit back and enjoy the surroundings.

Chorleywood Common, just a stone's throw away from the flat, invites you to embark on leisurely walks, nature hikes, and birdwatching. Embrace the serene beauty of the common's vast green expanses and picturesque landscapes, providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Next door to the property is a traditional pub which has a friendly atmosphere and serves food through the day.

There is driveway parking provided at the front of the house, near the access to the flat.

Guest access
The property is a self contained flat at the back of a larger property. The owner lives in the main house. The garden is shared with the main property and there may be interaction.
