Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, this hidden gem offers a peaceful retreat behind an electric gate in a police-patrolled residential area. Immerse yourself in the ambiance of hardwood flooring, granite countertops, and tasteful décor that exudes a cozy “at home” feeling.

Amenities:
- Complimentary Wi-Fi, bed linens, bath towels, and parking provided during your stay.
- Some home and bath essentials such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, bleach, and dishwashing liquid are provided for your convenience upon arrival. Please note that these items are not replenished, and additional supplies should be purchased if needed.
- Optional cleaning service available for an additional fee upon request. Kindly inform us in advance to make the necessary arrangements.
- Guests are requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. This deposit will be charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
House Rules:
1. Travelers must be 18 years of age or older to book.
2. No smoking of any kind (including tobacco and cannabis) is permitted in the home. The use of recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a $300 penalty.
3. Parties/events and illegal activities are not permitted. Excessive noise, including loud music, is not allowed after 10 pm. Please be considerate of the neighbors.
4. The number of guests should not exceed the amount listed in your reservation.
5. Setting up tents or any other structures on the property is not allowed.
6. Renters are responsible for any damages that occur during their stay and may be charged for necessary extra cleaning.
7. Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
8. Please refrain from moving furniture.
9. No pets are allowed on the premises.
