The building is located on 15 Leganitos Street, next to the police station.
The building also has an entrance hall and a doorman who can help you with whatever you need. His hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. every day.
It has 2 elevators that go to the 5th floor, to go up to the 6th floor you will have to climb very few stairs, a garbage room on the -1 floor and entrance to the building with a code (which will be provided upon arrival).
All apartments have an approximate size of about 45 square meters with double exterior windows, all have air conditioning and heating and are very bright.
It is a quiet and safe building designed for the traveler.
