We have designed our 29th floor studio apartment personally for you, mixing Scandinavian and South African flavors, with high-end furnishing and finishes. The space features an open plan layout with a light and airy feel with plenty of space to relax and unwind. It has everything you need to feel at home - WIFI, Netflix, washer and dryer, a super comfortable custom-built queen size bunk bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen and tableware. From the private balcony you can enjoy amazing views of the Table Mountain, harbour and city.

Safety is our priority and the building has 24/7 security and access control, secure covered parking and elevator/lift access to the apartment.
16 on Bree offers a recreation oasis on this bustling street, with its 27th floor communal pool deck, outdoor gym and exclusive rooftop bar, which hosts regular wine tastings!

A cleaning fee will be charged per booking. Fresh linen, towels, and shower amenities are included. We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost.
