Remarkable 5-Bed Georgian Villa near Ross-on-Wye

The words 'boutique' and 'luxury' get bandied about a lot these days, but for The Georgian Villa at Bromsash in Herefordshire border country, they are probably understatements. Let's start with the location; a Georgian country pile in the outstandingly beautiful Wye Valley, which straddles the England-Wales border. It's a land of misty mornings, shaded forests, valley meadows, and mountain views, not to mention glorious sunsets and star-filled skies — if magic is going to happen anywhere, it's here.

Furnishings and decor throughout are stylishly top-notch — think country-house hotel with a splash of rustic charm — so it's not just comfy beds and rugs, but also soft robes, cut flowers, sofas, armchairs and coordinated colours. The Georgian Villa is everything that's promised and more. It might even be unique — to use another word that's bandied about — but it's certainly a gloriously upmarket and relaxing base for hanging out with the family in one of Britain's most cherished landscapes

Up to 12 guests will be located in the main Villa. The Villa has 4 King bedrooms and one bunk room (4x singles) plus 4 bathrooms.

13-14 Guests, Main House plus annexed cottage plus extra hot tub.

15-16 Guests, Main House plus both annexed Cottages.

All 3 spaces can be booked on request by smaller groups wanting more space. Please see extra guest charges in item 7 of the House Rules below.

The main house has 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 12. There are 2 cottage annexes attached each with king bed and Ensuite shower plus living room (with smart TV) and fully equipped kitchen. One has an extra 5 person hot tub. They also if needed have a double sofa bed. The annexes are small but very comfortable. The annexes can be booked separately at £150/night for each annex. Please discuss with us if you need to have any of the annexes.For up to 12 guests you have the main house only at the listed price.

Overall there are 4 bathrooms in the main Villa Including 2 with very stylish baths. Luxury toiletries provided throughout and bath robes.



Linen, Robes and towels are all included.


House Rules:

1. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10 am.

2.There are free parking facilities available at the property.

3. NO LOUD MUSIC OUTSIDE AFTER 10:30 PM.

4. No smoking cigarettes or cigars inside the house, If you smoke outside please use ashtrays and not the ground for your cigarette ends. Please put cigarette ends in a plastic bag and tie it then dispose in the bins in the carpark. Vaping is allowed inside.

5. No wild Parties

7. No extra guests above 12 unless arranged with Dominic. There will be charges for extra guests above 12 persons payable on arrival.

Extra guests above 12 will be accommodated in the annexes as explained above. Annexe 1 sleeps up to 2 people at £75 pppn with a minimum charge of £150 per night. Annexe 1 has its own hot tub.

Annex 2 sleeps up to 2 people at £75 pppn with a minimum charge of £150 per night.

If your party has more than 12 people please speak to Dominic to make these arrangements.

Groups of 12 guests or less who need more beds and space please contact Dominic and it can be arranged.



8. For single sex groups please clear this with Dominic before booking.

9. Please make sure FIRE PLACE Guards are placed AT ALL TIMES WHEN IN USE This is extremely important for your safety. Do not make fires in the fireplaces anywhere apart from the two living rooms as the other chimmneys are blocked and it would cause a housefire.
FIRES MUST BE PUT OUT BEFORE BEDTIME !!!

10. Please follow safety rules for the hot tub that are published in the House Information Manual.

11. Dogs are ALLOWED (But not large breed dogs). Up to 3 small/medium size. £75 per stay per pet. Dogs definitely NOT ALLOWED UPSTAIRS. Maximum weight per pet is 25 kg. PLEASE CLEAN UP DOG POO!

12. CANDLES: Only the electronic candles PROVIDED should be used. The remote controls for them are located near the candles. PLEASE DO NOT LIGHT ANY REAL CANDLES AS IT IS A SERIOUS FIRE RISK!!!!!!

13. No glitter or glitter filled balloons as it is impossible to clean.
