Ideal for those looking for a central but not too noisy accommodation, our one-bedroom apartment is located in a new residence close to the historic center, 3 minutes from Plaza de la Merced and 5 minutes from Calle Larios.

Our guests can enjoy the community swimming pool and private parking at the same building.

The accommodation is fully equipped, has a communal swimming pool open all year round and free private parking. It is located on the first floor of a building with elevator.

The living room is connected to the kitchen and is very spacious. It has a window overlooking the inner patio, a TV and a sofa on one side, and a bar table with the kitchen on the other side.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, coffee machine, ceramic hob, pots, pans and crockery. There is also a washing machine for your comfortable stay.

In a bedroom, you will find a double bed, a bedside table and a wardrobe.

Air conditioning and fast WiFi are available.

You will have the entire apartment at your disposal, parking spot and the community swimming pool. The swimming pool is shared with other residents of the building and is available from 8 am till 8 pm, while closing between 2 pm and 4 pm.

Please, note that during peak hours the access to swimming pool might be affected to respect the maximum capacity of the premises.

The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area just a few minutes on foot from the city center. The city center of Málaga has a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover the Andalusian culture and local customs.

This city is the cradle of artists like Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences. A wide choice of restaurants, bars, discos, and tourist activities is available in the surroundings of the apartment.

Everything is accessible within walking distance. Indeed, you are 5 minutes away from the main street Calle Larios, 3 minutes away from la Plaza de la Merced, and about 18 minutes away from the central beach La Malagueta.

The apartment has private free parking.

You can get to the apartment building by car or taxi. The nearest bus and taxi stops are just a few minutes away. The main train and bus station is 25 minutes on foot. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the transfer will take you 20-50 min.

There are many supermarkets and shops in the area.

- Check-in is available every day from 17:00 to 00:00. In the case of check-in after midnight, we will send you the directions to pick up the keys.

- For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
