It is approached down a tree-lined drive, surrounded by 100 acres of land belonging to the Estate to provide complete privacy. There are 3 acres of garden within the house’s surrounding stone wall. The land around the house leads down to the River Alyn.
The house, which dates back to 1540, can accommodate up to 14 guests and will provide you with a wonderful venue in a very private setting. There is an oak-panelled central hall, a large drawing-room and dining-room both with open fires, perfect for entertaining.
There are four double bedrooms and four bathrooms on the first floor with a further three double bedrooms (two of which can be twins) with two bathrooms on the second floor.
Guests may choose from self-catering within the fully-equipped kitchen or special menus prepared by our fine caterers and served by waitresses in our Dining Room.
