The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator.

The living room is tastefully furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax.

The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. Plus, there is a washer available for your laundry needs.

Both bedrooms are nicely decorated, and the double beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Between 2 beaches on the narrow Tróia Peninsula, this laid-back tourist area is awash with vacation villas and hotels. Praia Atlantica is the main beach with dunes, white sand, and waterfront bars. Eateries are dotted around a central lagoon, while a ferry service operates from the Cais Sul terminal to Setúbal on the mainland. Nearby lies Tróia Golf Course.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 1h30 drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
