The guest will have access to the entire apartment, this includes two rooms , one with a double bed and en-suite and another with a king sized bed.

* Please note, strictly no parties or loud music, any rule breaking a £250.00 fee will apply.

* Please note that a fee of £100.00 will be charged for lost keys or keys left inside the property, please be careful with them.

* The property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and soap.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.
