The space
Our beautifully restored traditional Greek home features three bedrooms, including one ensuite, and two bathrooms. As you enter, you'll immediately feel at ease with its warm and welcoming ambience. Access to the house is via a set of stairs that lead up to the entrance, adding to its unique charm and character.

Our interior-designed house is arranged over two levels. The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, and a cosy living room with a 32” flat-screen TV and air conditioning. Additionally, a highchair and a baby cot are available for families with young children.

Downstairs, you'll find three beautifully decorated bedrooms furnished with comfortable beds and high-quality linens. The master bedroom has a double queen bed (160 x 200) and an ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedroom have two single beds (90 x 195) each. Accommodation for up to two additional guests is provided with a sofa bed (70 x 190). All bedrooms are fitted with individually operated air conditioning.

The two bathrooms are well-fitted with all modern amenities, including Papoutsanis branded toiletries, and towels made from 100% cotton.

Outside, you'll find a beautifully landscaped garden with olive/lemon trees and a patio with comfortable outdoor furniture, perfect for lounging, sunbathing, or enjoying a barbecue with your friends and family. Free parking is also available for our guests (1 covered parking space & plenty of open parking space).

Our stone house is conveniently located close to the beaches of Gialiskari and Otzias, restaurants, and shops, making it the perfect base for exploring the island. Our charming stone home is part of a complex of 4 houses, consisting of 2 houses that can sleep up to 8 people and 2 houses that can sleep up to 6 people, making it perfect for larger groups or families travelling together.

Guests have access to the entire house and its surroundings.
Other things to note
Maid Services: Cleaning, and changing of towels and bed linen once a week. Beach towels are not provided.

Baby Cot and highchair are available on request at no extra charge.

Parties, events, or large gatherings without the pre-approval of the owner are not allowed.

Only the registered number of guests are allowed to stay at the property.

Do not drink water from the tap.

No pets are allowed on the premises.

Please respect the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law, during which no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the premises:
- Summer quiet hours (1st Apr – 30th Sep): 15:00 PM - 17.30 PM & 23:00 PM – 07:00 AM
- Winter quiet hours (1st Oct – 31st Mar): 15:30 PM – 17:30 PM & 22:00 PM – 07:30 AM
