The space
Our home boasts furniture and pieces from all around the work. We want you to enjoy the space and kindly ask you to treat it respectfully. Access is via a private porch and stairs to the first-floor maisonette and inner hallway.

- Bath and hand towels for each guest, and travel-size toiletries provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap

- The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, gas hob, fridge and freezer
- In between the living space and kitchen is a dining table with bench seating on either side

- Private parking for one car is located in a communal parking area to the front of the property on a first-come-first-served basis

- There is a landscaped garden to the rear of the property
OUT AND ABOUT
- Only a short walk from the High Street, you are spoilt for choice when it comes to Marlow's restaurants, pubs, and bars.
- At the end of the High Street is the lovely Higginson Park, and of course the River Thames!
My house is professionally cleaned, and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.
We offer a remote self-check-in facility to give you flexibility if you arrive late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.
Guest access
One bedroom will be locked but guests will have full access to all other rooms, and will not be disturbed during their stay.
The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self-check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required. We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay.
Other things to note
- The property is a first-floor maisonette, the only access therefore is via a flight of stairs, which are located immediately within the front door
- The property does offer free off-street parking for one car, the parking is a communal gravel parking, separated from Station Road by a large brick wall. There are no set spaces, but please be considerate of other residents when parking. Free on-street parking can also be found on Station Road and the nearby Lock Road
- The property is not baby-friendly and does not have a travel cot or high chair
- We do not allow parties, events, or gatherings of any kind, and are conscious of maintaining good relationships with our neighbors.
- The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with remote access details.
- Mid-stay cleaning/linen can be organized on request for an additional charge, and is required for longer stays up to 30 days.
- We provide single-use toiletries to last a couple of days. We also provide a washing-up pack, washing machine tablets, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. If more is needed there are several supermarkets close by
- There is a Smart TV located in the property
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is after 4 pm, and check-out time is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to the cleaner's schedule.

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties like mine. This means my home is professionally maintained and cleaned. They also provide 24/7 guest support, and a local team is on hand if necessary.
The locally based team of Pass the Keys® in South Oxfordshire has personally inspected my home and certified it has met the Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.

- Please always double-lock the outside door
- While cooking please open the kitchen window to air
- Always leave the bathroom window slightly open on the latch to air
- We recycle 90% of our waste - please try to follow the recycling guide. Bins are by the garden gate
- Parties are strictly prohibited
- Smoking is strictly prohibited
- Extra guests are not allowed
- Please respect our lovely neighbours, and keep the noise down
- No shoes on inside, please
- Candles are strictly prohibited
Parking Info:
There is (residents) parking for one small vehicle in the gravel parking area located behind the large brick wall. Please park parallel to the wall, at the end with the dead tree trunk, or against the hedge outside number 4. Please park considerately, and do not block any of the neighbor's access gates. Free on-street parking is available for larger vehicles or extra cars on Station Road or Lock Road.
Private parking for one car is located in a communal parking area to the front of the property on a first-come first-served basis. There is free on-street parking for larger vehicles like vans.
The property does have a private entrance & its own garden.
The property is accessed via a flight of stairs.
There is NO travel cot or high chair at the property

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a £40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
