This beautiful property has three-bedrooms, all with coin operated air conditioning, and is a real home from home. Spread out over two floors, it is located in a very peaceful residential urbanisation in the Faro Park area of Playa Blanca.

INTERIOR
The entrance to the property is via a glassed porch and leads into a marbled hallway, which opens into the spacious lounge, adjoining kitchen area and corridor to bedrooms two and three.
The marble and glass staircase leads up to second level to the master bedroom suite.

Living Room:
The spacious lounge has been tastefully decorated and furnished with a large leather corner settee and separate armchair, so plenty of room for 6 people to sit and relax. There is also a coffee table and a selection of side tables.
The main TV in the living room has IPTV via a Mag box, on this you will find box sets and films, together with terrestrial and Sky channels for your enjoyment.
There are sliding doors which lead out to the alfresco dining area, terrace, and pool area.

Dining Area/Second Sitting Area
From the kitchen a door leads to the dining area where you will find a mango wood dining table with seating for up to 8 people.  A mango wood dresser with a full selection of board games available for guest use and a side table with a reading lamp.
A three-person brown leather settee provides the seating to enjoy the Xbox, on a wall mounted flat screen TV.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is situated off the hallway and has a breakfast bar which is open plan to the lounge.  The kitchen is fully equipped, and you will find plenty of glasses, crockery, and everything you might need for a self-catering holiday, including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, hob and oven. You will also find a washing machine for your use located in the utility area.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
The property offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Bedroom 1
The large master bedroom takes up the whole of the first floor has a king size bed (150cm), two bedside tables, with reading lamps, and plenty of wardrobe space and air conditioning (coin operated). There is an en-suite bathroom, with single basin, bath with shower over and WC. The patio doors lead onto the large upper sun terrace from here you have a fantastic mountain and sea view across to Fuerteventura, providing an ideal place to spend time watching the sun rise, with a morning coffee or relaxing under the stars. On the upper terrace you will find two sun beds and seating for up to 4 people to chill out and relax.

Bedroom 2
On the ground floor has a super king bed (180cm) with bedside tables, reading lamps and plenty of wardrobe space and a window that overlooks the pool. This bedroom also has air conditioning (coin operated), with an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower only.

Bedroom 3
Ground floor, twin room with two large single beds (135cms) with a bedside cabinet, wardrobe space and a window that overlooks the pool. This bedroom also has air conditioning (coin operated).

Family Bathroom
There is a further family bathroom opposite bedroom 3, which has a bath with shower over, hand basin and WC.

EXTERIOR
Pool, Hot Tub and Sun Terraces:
This property offers peace and quiet and your 'own space' guaranteed with your 7.5 m x 3.5 m electrically heated pool and spacious patios for sunbathing and chilling out. (Electrically heated, November to April inclusive).
This property benefits from a large amount of outdoor space and has two large terrace areas, together with the added benefit of artificial grass, to give you more usable space. The Cesar Manrique style white, winding path bordering the garden gives guests a real sense of Lanzarote.
There are 6 poolside sun loungers on the main patio, and  you will find a second split level patio with a top of the range 6-person hot tub in this quiet corner of the terrace, together with additional al fresco seating area and coffee table for your early evening cocktails and relaxation.
Garden
A landscaped garden, bursting with colour from local plants and shrubs, and tastefully illuminated at night with subtle garden lighting.

Chill out and Al Fresco Dining with BBQ
From the lounge sliding doors you will find the outside dining table and 6 chairs set under the shaded pergola that leads onto a terraced area.
The doors from the inside dining area lead out to the same terrace where you will find the Canarian BBQ, with marble work tops for food preparation.
This detached property is fully enclosed by a traditional Piedra wall.

OTHER INFORMATION
The villa is protected by a Verisure intruder alarm monitoring system which has internal cameras in communal areas which takes photos when the alarm is set off.

Location:
This Property is approximately 5 kms out of Playa Blanca and only 400 m from the sea and access to 9km of paved seafront promenade that stretches along the Playa Blanca coastline, which runs all the way from the lighthouse into Playa Blanca. You will find a row of local Bars/Cafes, small supermarkets and numerous superb restaurants around a 5-10-minute walk away from the villa, which makes this villa situated in an area that is very self-sufficient.
The town centre of Playa Blanca is just a 10 minute taxi ride away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily.
The readily available taxi service cost to/from town centre from the villa is approximately €7.00 (2023)

Parking and Accessibility:
There is dedicated parking space next to the villa.

Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. A change of linen & towels are provided mid stay for stays of 10 nights and longer. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels are provided. Pool towels are also provided for your convenience.
Additional cleaning can be provided upon request, at an additional charge. Please enquire if this is required.

Prices and Occupancy:
Children aged 12 years and over, only. Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Guests over 4 have a supplement charge.
A refundable Damage Bond of 400€ is payable for this villa or Accidental Damage Waiver needs to be taken.
