Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size, 1 x double with TV, 1 x second-floor single, a fabulous hideaway for a child over 12 or a quiet workspace with table, chair, fast WiFi and glimpses of the north lake fells. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with toaster, teapot, cafetiere. Basement utility. Living/dining room with gas fire

Gas central heating. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. Smart TV, TV, WiFi, Radio in master bedroom and dining room. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Outside lavatory and wash basin. The cellar has a useful boiler cupboard for drying clothes. There are spare jackets and boots to borrow during your stay. Please take off walking boots, wellies and shoes outside or in the kitchen, not in the carpeted dining room. Off-road parking for 1 car, roadside parking available. Rear garden with furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.2 miles. Note: No children under 12 accepted. Note: The off-road parking space is not suitable for very low cars e.g sports cars
