Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly, spacious & well equipped, Victorian home. This is a fully working family house suitable for children with a lovely outdoor area, complete with trampoline and treehouse in the garden.
Quiet, leafy family-friendly neighbourhood with local artisan shops, cafes, parks, pools, cinemas & restaurants within walking distance.
(Also great transport links into central London - can be door to door to Kings Cross in 15 minutes, Oxford Circus in 25).
This is a 5 bedroom Victorian property:
1 Master bedroom with en-suite shower room and walk in dressing room
2. One double bedroom
3. One single bedroom
4. 2 rooms currently used by children, one with a bunk bed (single adult bed size) and one with a children's bed (currently used by a 6 yr old)
There is a basement for cycle storage and a study with ethernet ultrafast broadband connectivity for anybody that has to work from home
The peaceful garden comes with an inbuilt trampoline and treehouse for children as well as an outdoor charcoal and gas bbq together with a great outdoor dining space for adults.
Overall a great space to explore the local area of Crouch End, Stroud Green, Alexandra Palace, Haringey Green Lanes, as well as get into London.
Please be aware this is a working family home, not a property designed solely for holiday lets.
It's a beautiful place and we'd love to share our house with you but please be aware that there may be personal items (e.g. odd photos / medical graduate certificates) around the property and would ask you be respectful of items whilst staying.
Please also note there are multiple floors in the house and so you should be able to go up and down stairs.
To note, this is a pet-free and smoke-free household.
