Cosy home near Port of Hull

Summary:
Forget your worries in this simple and serene space. Sleeping up to 4 at this cosy two-bedroom, traditional terrace house on Abbey Street situated near the Port of Hull and convenient location of Holderness Road. Close to excellent local amenities and transport links.

The Space:
You will have access to the whole house. In this house you will find a spacious living room/dining room combined with a door to separate the two should you wish to do so. The kitchen is located at the back of the property and has the fridge, dishwasher, oven and washing machine within. This kitchen leads to a small concrete garden space. Up the steep stairs you will find the bathroom located directly in front of you. The boiler is located in the cupboard should you need access. The house has central heating throughout. The thermostat is found next to the cupboard under the stairs.
Next to the bathroom is the back bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. And at the front is a large double bedroom with wardrobe and desk.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole property.

The Neighborhood:
The home is just a 1 min walk to the Holderness Road area and Mount Pleasant shopping complex which has many local amenities and shops, yet far enough away to have a quiet retreat. Close to the Port of Hull (7 minute) drive which could make the perfect overnight stay before taking the ferry.
It is also a 10 minute drive to the Siemens Games Renewable Energy site.
It is also 5 minutes by road to Hull City Centre.

Getting Around:
Parking is on street parking with no restrictions or permits required.
Taxi services are easy to come by in the area.
The Port of Hull is a 7 minute drive away.
Holderness Road has many bus routes which operate to the city centre.
The closest train station will be the city centre (Hull Paragon) which is about an 8 minute drive.
