Casa Carbone is a lovely holiday home with large outdoor spaces and a wonderful sea view.

The house is surrounded by greenery and is located 600 m from the sea of Felloniche, a small seaside resort characterized by sandy and rocky beaches overlooking the Ionian Sea and a 5-minute drive from Santa Maria di Leuca.

The interior spaces are well-kept and comfortable, suitable for comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests (additional beds on request, subject to availability).

The peace and tranquility of the surrounding environment will guarantee a relaxing stay. The ideal place for those who prefer to take refuge away from the chaos and regenerate in contact with nature, despite having the sea and the town center with the main services just a few meters away.

THE POSITION

Casa Carbone, as anticipated, is immersed in a suggestive rural context, full of paths and country roads ideal for walking or cycling.

Furthermore, from the house you can enjoy an enchanting sea view and is logistically well positioned, 600 meters away you reach the seafront with various services (restaurants, kiosks, food shops, etc.) and free and equipped beaches.

To reach further commercial activities, simply reach Santa Maria di Leuca (3.5 km) or the town of Patù (5 km).

THE HOUSE

Casa Carbone has approximately 70 m2 inside, can accommodate 4 guests (with extra beds on request), has air conditioning and is made up of:

bright living room with dining table, relaxation corner with sofa bed and TV, and complete and equipped kitchen corner;
two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a queen-size bed;
complete bathroom with shower.

THE OUTDOOR AREA

The outdoor space of Casa Carbone, completely paved and covered in stone, gives a touch of refinement and elegance to the house.

It is composed of different and functional environments, which offer a harmonious fusion between aesthetics and practicality:

- covered courtyard, with additional bathroom with shower and laundry corner with washing machine;
- dining area covered by a wooden patio, ideal for outdoor dining,
- the area next to it has two loungers, comfortable for relaxing in the cool or for sunbathing;
- stone barbecue corner where you can organize tasty barbecues with friends;
- lovely private garden with some fruit trees;
- private and fenced parking;

For lovers of walking and nature trails, as already mentioned, there are numerous paths in the surrounding area. Among these is the Volito Route, very interesting and simple to practice: the route starts from the Vereto hill, continues on a rural road towards the Volito canal and ends in the bay of Felloniche.

Also interesting is the Centopietre monument, an ancient funerary monument of national interest.

Finally, just 3.5 km away you reach Santa Maria di Leuca, full of attractions and interesting points to visit.
