Roslyn House - Pateley Bridge
The beautiful Roslyn House is located in the charming market town of Pateley Bridge, it sleeps 12 guests and is dog friendly too. Roslyn House is the perfect retreat to get away too with friends and family. The property is spread over three floors and offers two living rooms, dining room, kitchen, 6 en-suite bedrooms, a separate family bathroom and a private courtyard.

This characterful property greats you with a light, airy and stylish hallway which has been lovingly restored to showcase the period features.
On the ground floor their are two living rooms to enjoy with comfortable and stylish sofas and surroundings these are the perfect spaces to enjoy with friends and family. One of these rooms offers a large Smart TV with streaming services if you are staying in and finishes that home for home feeling that is present throughout the property.
The stunning kitchen is beautifully presented with seating for eight around the central island to offer a space to socialise or relax. The kitchen is completed with all the modern appliances you would expect and has a large oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and and the all important dishwasher.
A separate dining room offers comfortable seating for ten and is the perfect space to relax and unwind over dinner.
On the upper levels you will find two super king size and one king size bedrooms on the first floor with en-suite bathrooms. All of the bedrooms have been professionally styled to provide an oasis to relax in and recharge your batteries after a busy day exploring. This quality coupled with high quality linens and towels ensures that you will have the best nights sleep possible and be ready and recharged for the days ahead.
The family bathroom is also located on this floor and offers a bathtub, walk in shower, a large vanity unit, basin and WC.
The second floor offers a further three bedrooms with one king size and two double beds again all complete with en-suite bathrooms.
The private courtyard to the rear of the property offers the perfect place for our four legged friends to enjoy.
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to Roslyn House are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
Free on-street parking is available for 3 cars at the side of the property, this is reserved for the use of guests however it isn't policed so alternatively parking is available on a first served basis on the roads surrounding Roslyn House.
Please note that while the private courtyard is enclosed, the fences are quite low.

Pateley Bridge is the starting and finishing point on the Nidderdale Way, a circular route that covers 53 miles, looping around the stunning scenery of the Nidd Valley. Here you can take in some spectacular landscapes in an area which is renowned for its floral beauty and charm with Nidderdale Hall a must visit.
Pateley Bridge offers plenty of places to eat where you can experience local cuisine and delicacies. There are also numerous quaint local shops and tea rooms which are most welcoming to visitors and no visit to Pateley would be complete without a stop off at England’s Oldest Sweet Shop to stock up on your favourite traditional sweets from childhood.
For those who are eager to find out about the history of the area and want a real feel of rural life, past and present then you can visit the Nidderdale Museum. Based in the Original Victorian workhouse, the museum houses a cobbler’s shop, a schoolroom and relics and artefacts, depicting the Yorkshire way of life.
If you’re visiting us in September then one event not to miss is the Nidderdale show, which is an agricultural event held annually on the Pateley showground. The Pateley Bridge Show is one of the finest shows held in the North of England, every year boasts an array of marquees, events and stalls offering a variety of things to see, buy, taste and do for not only locals but visitors as well.
Getting out and about from Pateley Bridge, you can explore some of the more surreal and unusual landscapes the area is renowned for, such as Brimham Rocks, Fountains Abbey, Stump Cross Caverns and How Stean Gorge, plus many, many more sights.
The town has numerous bus services offering wonderful trips out over valleys and the beautiful countryside.
Medieval Ripon and the historic town of Knaresborough are nearby to explore with the nearest train station being located approximately 14 miles away in Knaresborough.
Please leave the property in a tidy manner, place all rubbish in the bins provided and ensure the property is secure before departing.
The property offers a quiet period between 10pm and 8am.
A refundable damage deposit of £150 is required before arrival and returned within 72 hours of departure subject to an inspection.
