LIVING AREA: entrance/living room with, TV, dining table and chairs, kitchenette complete with fridge, oven, microwave and dishes. Living area with sofa.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATION: 1st double bedroom with air conditioning, TV and electric skylight, 2nd double bedroom with air conditioning plus single bed and TV, 3rd double bedroom with air conditioning and TV (additional folding bed available for guests, to be arranged as desired). Two bathrooms in the corridor complete with shower cubicle.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES: mosquito nets, Wi-Fi, external veranda equipped with dining table and chairs, external shower with hot water. Pets Allowed. Parking space. Water supplied by the Apulian Aqueduct. Less than 1 km from the famous Battisti cove where he was inspired to write "blue water, clear water", you will find a statue in his honor a few meters from the sea.
