We are pleased to present this fabulous apartment located in a luxury urbanization in the East Zone of Malaga, in Colinas del Limonar.

In this accommodation, as its name indicates “Rengue” you can rest and disconnect. You will enjoy the silence of the mountains, just a few minutes from the beach.

It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 2 full bathrooms and a large and comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
A large kitchen next to a large living room with dining room. From the living room and kitchen, you will have access to the large terrace with views of the wonderful urbanization.

By having fiber optic internet, you can also come on your business trip and work from any room with great download speeds.

It is equipped with all the necessary amenities to enjoy an unforgettable stay, which together with its common areas where you will find three swimming pools, two for adults and one for children, splash area open from June 1th to September 30tb. And a large playground.

It is located 500 m from the supermarket "Supermercado Día", 2 km from the sandy beach "El Limonar", 6 km from the train station "Estación de tren María Zambrano", 9 km from the golf course "Real Club de Golf El Candado", 15 km from the "Aqualand Torremolinos" water park, 18 km from the "Aeropuerto de Málaga AGP Pablo Ruiz Picasso" airport and is located in an ideal area for families and within an urbanization.
