The structure is located in an area with little traffic and the beaches of the lake are within walking distance, as are the train station and the renowned historic center and lakefront of Desenzano del Garda. From here it is easy to reach the most famous amusement parks such as Gardaland and Caneva World.

If a damage deposit of €250 and tourist tax (for each guest) are not directly charged to the reservation, they will be requested upon arrival.
