The Space:
Berry Hill View has a bright and spacious living area with comfy sofas and a flat screen Smart TV. A welcoming and homely spot, it’s ideal for relaxing with your loved ones on an evening.

The kitchen in the property is fully equipped for self-catering stays so you can prepare meals easily. Head to the dining area and you’ll find a light space with a rectangular table and five grey chairs.

Berry Hill View has two spacious and comfortable bedrooms on the first floor. Both rooms feature king size beds and have warming colour schemes to create a cosy and luxurious feel.

Modern in style, the family bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to Berry Hill View are accessed via a key safe box and full details will be provided prior to check in.

Free on-street parking is available nearby on a first come, first served basis.

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at Berry Hill View per reservation.

The Neighborhood:
Greenside is a village in the west of the Tyne and Wear region. Just a short distance from the Northumberland border, you’ll be able to enjoy both bustling city life and a calming countryside atmosphere when staying here.

The growing picturesque town of Prudhoe is located just three miles from Greenside. Prudhoe has a wonderful selection of vibrant local shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and great places of interest to visit.

When in Prudhoe, a visit to Prudhoe Castle is recommended. The castle has many a story to tell so a family day out to this Northumberland fortress is truly worthwhile.

Getting Around:
The nearest train station to Greenside can be found in Prudhoe. From here, there are regular direct routes to Newcastle, Sunderland, Hexham, Morpeth, Carlisle, Middlesbrough and Whitby.

One bus route can be found running through Greenside. Hop on the 10A to visit Newcastle, Gateshead and the Metrocentre.

The nearest airport is Newcastle International, 10 miles away from Greenside.
