Golf course (18 hole) 16 km, surf school, sailing school 900 m, tennis, indoor tennis centre, minigolf, cycle lane 500 m, children's playground 600 m. Nearby attractions: Firenze 90 km, Pisa 20 km, Lucca 20 km, Forte dei Marmi 15 km, Siena 160 km, Cinque Terre 50 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Massaciuccoli 6 km. Heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04. Upper floor: open large living/sleeping room with 1 double bed, dining table, kitchen corner and air conditioning. Shower/bidet/WC. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, sitting area.
