Private: garden (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool angular (9 x 7 m, depth 130 - 60 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Paddling pool, barbecue. In the house: billiard table, sun terrace. Parking on the premises, public parking on the road. Shop, grocery, supermarket, restaurant 300 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 27 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
