For shared use: swimming pool (15 x 8 m, depth 40 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, children's playground (slide). In the house: lift. Communal covered parking. Supermarket 180 m, restaurant 300 m, bar 150 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" 2.5 km, shingle beach "Playa de la Grava Port Javea" 1.1 km.
