Private: property (fenced), beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (10 x 6 m, depth 90 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, patio, arbour, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, walking paths from the house 100 m. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia 15 km, Mundomar 15 km, Terra Mitica 9 km, Terra Natura 5 km, Alicante 43 km, Aeropuerto de Alicante 56 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The tap water has no drinking water quality.
