Parking. Grocery 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bakery 1.7 km, bus stop "les pratz" 350 m, railway station "saint Gervais les Bains le fayet" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 700 m, thermal baths "Les Thermes de Saint Gervais" 6.6 km. Tennis, minigolf 750 m, gondola lift 2.9 km, skisport facilities 2.9 km, ski bus stop 350 m, ice rink 1.3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc 2.9 km. Please note: car recommended.

"Les chalets du soleil", 1-room studio 22 m2 on 1st floor. Living/dining room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Sleeping alcove with 2 pull-out beds (2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Balcony, west facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Garage space n 11. Please note: TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
