Bright three-bedroom holiday apartment with a maximum capacity of 6 people located in a closed area with an elevator. It is located in one of the best areas of Malaga, the María Zambrano central train and AVE station, Larios Shopping Center and Vialia are less than 200 meters away. Antonio Banderas Promenade less than 700 meters away. San Andrés beach 800 meters away.

Quite spacious apartment of 120 m2. It is located on the 8th floor which makes it very bright. It has three double bedrooms with two single beds each. The living room with Smart, and eating area. Two full bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower), hair dryer. The fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, washing machine, Italian coffee maker, kettle, toaster.Iron, hanging area, hair dryer and Fiber Wifi.

Baby Kit (cot, bath + high chair) costs 10 € / day.

Please note that our check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. If you wish to enter later than 21 pm, we could offer you 2 options:

Picking up the keys at the property´s office for free - Picking up the keys at the apartment for an extra late check-in fee of 50EUR to be paid out at arrival

You can leave your luggage in our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).

All guests over 16 will have to sign the police register.

A refundable deposit will be required at your arrival (the payment has to be done with credit/debit card)
