The accommodation is located on the first floor of a building a few steps from the sea and has a large open space living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces and a private parking space in front of the property. There is also a cellar to be used as a bike storage area.
The house has been completely renovated and offers every type of comfort for an enchanting stay full of sea, sun and relaxation on the wonderful beaches of San Lorenzo al Mare.

You will be welcomed by a wonderful open space living room with kitchen and two terraces, sofa bed, dining table and TV, the two bedrooms on the left of the corridor, opposite the two bathrooms and a private car park awaits you at the entrance to the property.

The neighborhood is one of the best in San Lorenzo al Mare, easy to reach both on foot and by car, also thanks to the parking space that allows you to park directly under the property, furthermore bars, markets and beaches can be reached on foot in about 3 minutes .
Every corner of the town can be reached on foot thanks to the excellent location of the accommodation, furthermore, thanks to the cycle path it is possible to rent bicycles and reach places such as Taggia, Sanremo, Imperia etc.
