The flat is for the exclusive use of the guests.
The swimming pool is for communal use, as is the entrance area and the interior of the complex. A series of rules must be followed for good coexistence:
No loud noises, no loud music, etc. from 10 pm at night until 9 am in the morning.
There are usually hammocks for communal use, please use them with moderation and care.
If there are any signs indicating the opening hours and use of the swimming pool, please pay attention.
Do not leave rubbish either inside or outside the flat or the complex.
Keep the communal areas clean
If you enjoy your holidays with your children, keep an eye on them, make sure they don't leave the complex because cars pass by, and in the swimming pool area, make sure they don't fall into the pool.
If you are accompanied by your pet, they cannot run loose in the communal areas, they cannot urinate or defecate in the communal areas or swim in the communal pool.
Not all the flats have outdoor furniture of chairs and tables, which are on the terrace overlooking the inner area of the complex. It is PROHIBITED to take chairs and tables from another flat. Thank you very much.
