This delightful 47m2 studio is on the 1st floor with a lift and offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and charming space, thanks to the windows that fill the property with abundant natural light and warmth. It includes a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, a plush sofa where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city, a TV to watch all their favourite shows and an island kitchen table where you can dine with loved ones.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Lisbon, the enchanting capital of Portugal, offers a tapestry of neighbourhoods, each with its distinct charm. From the historic allure of Alfama's narrow lanes resonating with Fado music to the vibrant downtown energy of Baixa, the trendy nightlife in Bairro Alto, and the cultural richness of Belém, every corner tells a unique story.

Explore the modern architecture of Parque das Nações, find tranquillity in Estrela's gardens, or experience the village-like ambience of Campo de Ourique. Lisbon is a city that seamlessly blends history, culture, and modern living, inviting you to discover its diverse facets at every turn.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, R. S. Paulo (Bica), is just a 3-minutes walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 28-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
