NOTE: The building currently has scaffolding on the side due to renovation work. We have implemented measures to minimize any inconvenience this may cause and have special prices during this period.

For stays of 28 days or more, please note the following information:

1. You must sign a temporary rental agreement.
2. Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once bills are available. Internet is free of charge for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 120 EUR.
