This is your home away from home! 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, duplex in quiet residential neighborhood. Main floor with fully equipped kitchen, den plus living/dining area, and laundry. Enjoy the Gas fireplace, updated kitchen and hardwood floors. Garden in the front and great patio area in the back. (Property is sloped with stairs, not ideal for children) Upstairs 3 bedrooms plus main bathroom. Master bedroom has half bath, lots of closet space and large private sunny deck with views of the city and water. Easy commute to down town, short walk to Lonsdale for shopping, restaurants or catch a bus to any of the local mountains for hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding and skiing. It's all here!
