3/2.5 with carport and 3 balconies overlooking swim pool or vacant lot with deer roaming. Very peaceful and quiet location for relaxation or to enjoy walking outdoors!! pickleball/tennis courts also on property for enjoyment!! Within 1.5 miles of resort amenities. Must be a member or guest of a member to enjoy privileges of the resort! There is a marina for renting boats and jet skis within 3 miles. Property is within 1 hour of Fredericksburg, Marble Falls, Austin, Llano. Bring your food, clothing and toothbrush!!
