Marion and I have three children and blessed with 8 Grandchildren ranging from 4 to 18. Mimi in this picture is the only Girl. She is very popular with all the grandsons. I am a retired Pharmacist and we live near London in Weybridge ,Surrey.

Fantastic Location, in a Private secluded area.The Villa is on the upper slope.There is every thing for the family to entertain for individual taste both for Young and mature people.Walking distance to Roquefort Village, which has banks, restaurants post office, and very nice large super market serving fresh meat and fish along with usual supermarket items. We are about 12 Km from the beaches and the mountain ranges and of course the Nice airport with budget airlines like Easy jet, Norwegian airline etc.

Lots of sports activities near the Villa like Equestrian center,Tennis courts, Labyrinth for very young and teenagers,many Golf courses, parks,Kayaking in the mountain areas.Many large shopping centers ranging from Budget to exclusive shopping. Places like,Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Grasse, Napoleonic routes are with in 12 km range. Monte Carlo is 40 minutes drive and the Italian ordering town with huge market is 50 minutes drive.

Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
