the floor of the West Tower. This is an
oceanfront unit with a completely unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean
from your private terrace. The Sonoran Sun is a gorgeous oceanfront resort on
Sandy Beach. You will enjoy many first-class amenities like beachfront
swimming pools, Jacuzzi Tennis courts, BBQ areas, Full-service spa, state of
the art fitness center, restaurant, bar, and even a convenience store. You will

This condo has a great room floor plan. This condo has been furnished with very
modern furniture. The living room has two olive-colored suede sofas. The larger
of the two sofas turns into a bed. The bed is really easy to pull out and put
back in the morning. The room has a beautiful wicker rug that sits below the
coffee table. There are tables on both ends of the couches and an entertainment
unit on the other side. The entertainment unit has been outfitted with a TV,
VCR, DVD, and stereo. The condo has free cable television.
There are two sliding glass doors off the living room that opens to the
furnished oceanfront patio. The dining area of the condo has a round-shaped
cherry wood table with four chairs that match. The table has been set with palm
tree placemats and the walls are adorned with complimenting colored art prints.
The kitchen has cherry wood cabinetry and beige colored granite countertops.
The appliances are white which include a stacked fridge, quiet dishwasher, built-in microwave, flat ceramic cooktop range, and a self-cleaning oven. There is a
water cooler on the counter as well as a blender, coffee maker and toaster. As
long as you bring the food and beverage we will provide all the tools to make
them a meal. The cupboards, pantry, and drawers are filled with silverware,
serving utensils, plates, bowls, pans, pots, and barware. You will have all the
items needed to make your meals a feast. The kitchen has a bar made out of
granite which works great for a quick snack or as additional guest seating. The
master bedroom has a king-size bed with a pillow top mattress. The bedding is
khaki with small squares of embroidered palm trees. One side of the bed has a
tall floor lamp and a dresser. The other side of the bed has a small nightstand
with a TV and DVD player. Opposite the bed, there is an even bigger dresser with
a complimenting mirror hung above it. There is also a closet with two sliding
mirrored doors. The master bedroom has a window with a roll-up shade so you can
always see and hear the ocean when you sleep. The master bathroom has a ceramic
tub, shower, and single sink vanity. The bathroom has plenty of lighting and
room to groom. The patio has a square-shaped Saltillo tile topped table with
four matching chairs. The chairs have soft peach colored cushions that are very
comfortable. The patio has a great view of Rocky Point and makes a great
setting for a sunset meal over the Sea of Cortez. There is also a smaller table
for the kids. The unit comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout.
