About this property

O.P.Taylor's "Big Game" house.

Lovely older home 4 blocks from town recently renovated. Three bedrooms, master with private bath and sliding glass doors to a large deck and hot tub for 8 people.Bedroom #2 has a 3/4 full size bed and a twin, bedroom #3 has a pair of twin beds.All bedding is new Jameson Marriott five star mattresses. The two guest bedrooms share a beautiful tile bath. The den has a full size fold out sofa bed for overflow, or kids that want to stay up late and watch a movie on Netflix or from our video library. The house is close to the Music Center and only 4 short blocks from the center of town so you can walk to great restaurants, shops and breweries. The backyard is fenced, well behaved pets are okay.

Big Game. Big Fun
The Big Game house was perfect for our family visit. The location was a short walk to Main Street, the Lumberyard, close to great shops and restaurants. The house itself is immaculate, comfortable and spacious. It’s well stocked (if they don’t have it, you don’t need it) and many thoughtful touches throughout the house. Lots of games, ping pong and a terrific hot tub. We had a great time. Can’t wait to come back.

Girl’s Weekend
It’s always a pleasure to stay at O.P.’s Big Game House! I have stayed there 6+ times and it is always clean and comfortable. It’s close to all the things we want to do in Brevard- biking, shopping on Main Street, breweries, hiking, etc. We will be back soon!

Great house, smooth check in process. Very well stocked. House had everything we needed and more. Easy check out check instructions. Walking distance to downtown. Tons of games, ping pong, and foosball.

My my my! Wow...just wow. We've rented dozens of vrbo's over the years and I have to say your rental "first impression" knocks it out of the park! The welcoming lights on, the little notes here and there, the wine and beer...such nice, top-notch touches. Thank you so much for all you've done to make us feel so very comfortable and welcome 😊

The house is within walking distance of downtown Brevard and the world famous Brevard Music Center. It is also a short bike ride to the Bracken Mountain Trail, a challenging ride for any level of mountain biker.
Although the house is located close to the action, it is nestled in a very quiet residential neighborhood.
Brevard has so much to offer any visitor, from 200 waterfalls, thousands of miles of hiking and biking trails, the Brevard Music Center, square dancing in the street, lots of excellent restaurants and breweries, you will be so busy you will wonder why we bothered to put TV's in the house!

What makes this property unique

The plan on this house is to give it to our daughter when she gets married. That doesn't look like it is going to happen anytime soon, so we are listing on VRBO.The care and love that went into restoring and modernizing this house will be obvious to anyone that sees it, we want our daughter to have a home that will last a lifetime!
