Great cozy cabin in the heart of the Ozarks! We loved that it was pet-friendly, making it easy to bring our dog along. Peaceful surroundings, beautiful starry skies, and a perfect home base for exploring nearby hikes and waterfalls. Highly recommend for a relaxing family getaway!

Thank you, Vikram! We're delighted that you found your stay at Big Oak Cabin so enjoyable and we appreciate the high recommendation. We hope you can come again and will happily welcome you back.
We loved Big Oak Cabin! The area is full of natural treasures, hiking, waterfalls and more! Dennis shared his favorite hikes and places to visit! We did many of them and enjoyed each one!
Great place with ample room in a beautiful setting with a massive, sprawling oak in front of the cabin. Communication with the host was excellent, and access instructions were simple and straight forward. Loved the fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommend.
Very nice place to stay and good communication with owners. Be sure to screen shot lock box code and WiFi log in info before getting here as we had little phone service upon arrival until getting on the WiFi then no problem. House was clean and offered plenty of room.
Chose this property for some peace and quiet and it did not disappoint. The place was clean and offered plenty of privacy. It is right on the highway and you may hear some traffic if you are outside but was not a problem when you are inside. It has a deck with fantastic views. Close to Jasper and several hiking spots. Hosts were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to stay again. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a getaway.
Excellent host communication and lovely place that was like home away from home. Dennis gave great recommendations of areas to see and I was amazed at how well the home was stocked including coffee. Highly recommend.
Nice hiking trails close by. The house was about five miles out of town so not too far if you need food or gas. The house is very well stocked with everything you need. We would like to visit this area again because there’s so much to see and would love to stay in this house again.
This is a nice rural property with lots of space inside and outside. We enjoyed all the nature sounds outside. The one drawback to the location was the traffic noise- it is located right by the highway.
Large dog friendly cabin. Lots of room and a lovely backyard with beautiful views of the sunset. Dennis and Naomi communicated well and provided information on hiking trails in the area. Check in and check out were easy.
I felt like I was home. Beautiful place to stay . It had everything you could ever need . Very clean , beautiful place to stay and rest and get closer to God . I would of love to stay longer. But, I had to go back to Branson Mo. Job calling me to leave. So if anyone needs a place to go and rest and get some peace and quiet time, Big Oak Cabin is the best place to stay. . Loved it . Thanks , Derwin from Branson Mo.
