Pat was very attentive. We had an issue with their air-conditioning, but that got fixed quickly.The condo location itself is just absolutely perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better place on the beach.The only negative I would say is the condo needs a bit of updatingBut overall, it was a perfect condo location close to dining entertainment easy walk to Main StreetThank you, Pat for sharing your condo. We will definitely be back.

This 4 bedroom condo has a stunning, breath taking view of the ocean! We had a couple of maintenance issues which were PROMPTLY handled by the owner.Our family enjoyed the condo very much.

We have stayed at this condo a few times now and it is awesome. Very convenient to everything. Parking is adequate, elevators are fast, the condo is very nice and the owner is kind and attentive. Have already booked for next summer.

The owner was very attentive and fixed a few things the same day we reported it to him. Great location and view from the ocean front balcony. Very close to some very reasonable restaurants. Would definitely go and stay there again. Thank you Pat.

This condo is amazing! I was pleasantly surprised at how big it really is. I don't think the pictures do it justice. The location to the beach is unmatched. The pools were nice and slightly heated. The jets in the hot tub didn't work but maintenance is aware of it. The location to shops and restaurants is perfect! 10 out of 10 we will stay again!
