If you are looking for a quiet relaxing weekend at PGA West, a World Class golf community, this Everyday Luxury Vacation Rental property is the home for you!

3 Bedroom. City of La Quinta permit number/license number: 227096.

Best location in PGA West! This west-facing home has it all! Sitting in an elevated spot, across from the Pro Tees on the 6th Hole of the Nicklaus Tournament Course, you'll never have to worry about golf balls. Relax in the beautiful pool while you watch golfers tee off with a beautiful sunset Mountain View as the backdrop. Includes the use of classic golf cart. This home is only 7 min away from the Polo Grounds. This home boasts infinity amounts of natural light. Comfortable designer furniture.

3-bedroom, 3-bathroom property. Each bedroom has its on ensuite bathroom. Two rooms with king beds. Two double beds, two single beds.

3-Amazing! Sunnylands Center & Gardens first opened to the public in March 2012. Upon entering the 15-acre site, a winding driveway takes visitors through a desert art garden to the glass facade of Sunnylands Center. The spacious, contemporary building houses a rotating art exhibition, cafe, gift shop, and multimedia offerings that detail the history of Sunnylands and its founders, Walter and Leonore Annenberg.

Our number one goal is that you have a great time! PGA West is one of the last nice gated communities in the Desert that allows rentals of less than 30 days. Let's keep it that way.

PGA West and the city of La Quinta has strict rules.
Music can only be played low as not to be heard by neighbors before 9:30PM, no outside music after 930PM, please note most desert cities don't allow any outside music at vacation rentals any longer. Please reach out if you have any questions about this.

No inside music that can be heard outside in the city of La Quinta, most desert cities, and PGA West.

No sounds outside above a whisper after 10pm in PGA West. .

MAX 8 guests. No exceptions. Any visitors must be approved in writing and must leave by 930PM, with no exceptions.
If there are more than 8 guests without express written permission the min fine is automatically $1000, if there are more than 14 the fine is automatically a minimum of $2,000 and you will be made to leave, no refund.
Max of 3 cars. You must provide the name of 3 drivers designated to 3 cars. Include make, model, and license plate of each of the 3 vehicles.
No trailers, no oversized vans ie Sprinter vans or similar models are not allowed
At this time due to temporary COVID 19 rules absolutely no outside music. Inside music cannot be heard outside. The minimum fine is automatically $1000.

The pool heat is on-demand, meaning we do not heat it when it's not in use or when no guests are staying. It heats up about 3 degrees per hour and it can get down into the 60's during the winter so if you want it heated upon your arrival please keep that in mind and notify us. October Through the end of May the charge is $100/day if pool heating is paid upfront for every day of the stay or $125/day if not. Spa only heating is $40/day if prepaid for the entire stay and $70/day if not. Most resorts heat pools into the low 80's we allow guests that pay for pool heat to heat pool to the mid-80's and spas as high as they like. Please keep in mind, mid-winter, larger pools will have a hard time even reaching mid-80's, pool temperature is not guaranteed, however, generally low to mid 80's is common, even mid-winter. For longer term stays the owner will pay the first $300/month of gas and electricity, for longer stays anything over $300 will be paid by the tenant.

During the colder months, the pool and spa cannot be efficiently heated at the same time. It's best to heat the pool to the desired temp, then start heating the spa about 45 minutes prior to use. If you elect to pay for pool heat, you can message us 24 hours prior to arrival to start heating the pool. We recommend that you download the app and control the temperature yourself upon arrival.

The pool heat is on-demand, meaning we do not heat it when it's not in use or when no guests are staying. It heats up about 3 degrees per hour and it can get down into the 60's during the winter so if you want it heated upon your arrival please keep that in mind and notify us.

Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. No Cats Allowed.

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500

If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.

The desert has extreme temperatures, including sustained daytime temperatures of over 100 degrees. With such high temperatures, ACs can struggle to cool homes by more than 25 degrees. Boatman bugs are common in pools with biologically safe water. If food is left out, ants will come, and if doors are left open, flies will come.
These are a part of life in the desert and not grounds for a refund.
We use the top pest control, pool cleaners, and home cleaners in the area. Please contact us if you have an issue, and we will do our best to assist.
When it's windy, a perfectly clean pool will not remain perfectly clean for long

Cancellation policy and procedures


Our cancellation policy is a 100% refund for cancelations at least 90 days in advance. 50% refund for cancellations at least 60 days in advance. If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded. Cleaning fee refund only for cancellations within 60 days to arrival.

Our goal is to keep our prices as competitive as possible, in order to keep them competitive it's important that we avoid the losses that come from cancellations.


Owners of these properties depend on the income and last-minute cancellations result in lost revenue through vacancy and lower prices.


For those that don't like the risk that comes with cancellation policies, we strongly recommend you look into travel insurance.

If you didn't purchase the travel insurance offered, you will likely not get any refund.


To ask for an exception to our policy you must first cancel your reservation by sending us an email, or a text message. Exceptions are up to individual owners and are very rare. Your best chance is to ask for a credit to be used for a booking for the same property.


The credit can to be used within the window you cancelled. Ie. If you cancel 3 days before your stay and the owners payout is $4500, you didn't purchase travel insurance you may ask for a credit to be used to reserve the same property no more than 3 days before the drag you want to use the credit for.

"I had to cancel because my kids are sick. I didn't purchase the recommended travel insurance. My stay is 3 days away. I'm requesting a credit for the owner payout amount to be used to reserve the same property 3 days before our stay. I.e, we want to stay August 23rd so I will make a request on August 20th if the unit is still available.

We will share this with the owner and encourage them to allow us to agree.

Wonderful stay in PGA West
The property looked great on the VRBO website and was even better in person. The four of enjoyed the spacious kitchen, dining room and living room. The out door living space was fantastic for sunning, reading, cocktails, hot tubbing, dipping in the pool and star gazing by the fire. The views are spectacular and the location close to hiking and right on the golf course. All in all it is a 5/5. We will definitely return at some point!

Another perfect stay at PGA West
Our third January at PGAWest. This was a great house. Wonderful mountain views. Enjoyed the fireplace, fire pit, and spa. Nice bedrooms and kitchen. Wonderful neighborhood to walk in. La Quinta is our favorite desert community.

Don’t want to complain
Hate to say anything about staying in La Quinta that sounds like complaining. Just would like inside and outside to be clean on arrival. Broken toilet seat and a leaky shower in secondary master which led to a very strong moldy smell. We left early. Handyman that came on our arrival to fix beeping smoke/ carbon monoxide detector (could happen any time. No complaint) was AWESOME.

About the manager: My wife Erika and I grew up I the Midwest, she is from northern Minnesota and I'm from North Dakota, we both love to travel and we've visited numerous countries and states with our family. We enjoy camping and adventuring to see and experience different cultures. We have three daughters, Krimzen (11), Brooklyn (9), Regan (7), and one son, Crew (2).

Why they chose this property

We visited my aunt and uncle a number of times when they came for the tennis tournament, it's always very relaxing and fun and a great trip with the kids before we decided to purchase.

My family purchased a home in PGA West 2016 and we loved it so much we purchased a 2nd. We started a vacation rental management company and our team has helped a number of friends and clients purchase and own profitable vacation homes in the community and we absolutely love it!


What makes this property unique

Exceptionally large yard for PGA West with great curb appeal, exceptional privacy for the area, fantastic views, and in a great location to get to everything the area has to offer.

We do not charge guests a pool heating fee like many bookings unless they wish it heat it over night 24/7 during their stay in which case there is an extra $25/day fee. We can control the heat remotely and we are happy to assist if needed to start heating it in the AM if you know what time you want it warm. PGA West Community pools are heated to 80 degrees, we cap our pool heat at 83 unless a special request and arrangements are made.
