We spent a week at the apartment. It was clean, supplied most everything you could need. I loved the balcony since l couldn’t walk on the beach.The pool was great also.

Just plain awesome! Everything was exceptional: beach access, pool ( I was able to get my daily swim laps in) , spacious rooms and balcony right over beach. Definitely will come again

My family stays at Shore Villas every year! This year we booked this unit in addition to our regular unit and it was perfect. Has the best view in all of New Smyrna! Directly on the beach has a great pool and is never overcrowded!

The room was cleaned and very well equipped. The balcony gave a breathtaking view of the ocean, especially at sunrise. It is nice to be able to peek at the pool from there too. Ted was an outstanding host. He responded quickly to my messages and made accommodations for special requests when possible. We hope to be able to return next summer.

The condo was very nice with such a beautiful view from the living room and bedroom. It is a place I would stay again if I’m in new Smyrna.

We have stayed here for several years now. It is always the place we want to be in New Smyrna Beach! The manager, Sam, goes above and beyond to help us. This year was a bit strange because they are renourishing the beach right in front of the condo, but we will be back next year!

Due to mobility issue, my main requirement was close proximity to the beach and pool and parking lot. This unit was excellent for us. The beach was clear of weeds, communication with owner was prompt, on site property manager was friendly and helpful. All around a wonderful unit and vacation.

The condo was very nice, clean and easily accommodated 5 adults. The elevator made the 2nd story assessable for the disable veteran who was traveling with us. But the BEST part is the ocean view from the balcony, which is assessable from the living room & the master suite. We didn't get to enjoy the pool as it was closed for cleaning for the majority of the week but it was addressed quickly by the host who sent us a partial refund. We enjoyed ourselves during a week of truly resting & relaxing and eating at all of the wonderful restaurants. We would surly stay again next time we go to New Smyrna Beach.

We had an amazing stay here over spring break. The location truly couldn’t be better—being right on the beach made everything so easy and relaxing, especially with kids. We spent so much time just enjoying the view and going back and forth from the beach without any hassle.The place itself was exactly what we were hoping for. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for the week. You can tell a lot of thought went into making it a great experience for guests.The host was also great to work with—very responsive and easy to communicate with, which always makes a big difference.Overall, this was one of our favorite places we’ve stayed. We would absolutely come back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway.
