Condo is as described. But we had experienced some negative points: not enough essentials for a family of 4 (you need to buy and bring everything even your salt and pepper-not that much suitable for international clients), electricity and wifi shut down (when in other condos it was working), golf cart not charging well so we lost one day at the beach. And been automatically charged at the end for the entrance door that was not working well at our arrival without taking into account the overall situation and the inconveniences during our stay.

Very nice condo with beautiful views of the golf course. Stunning pool area! And very nice outdoor seating. Beach club was very nice and pretty quiet with good food. And having the golf cart made this wife happy. I had a way to come and go to the Beach Club without having to wait for my husband and golfer buddy to finish their rounds! A very pleasant and enjoyable stay. A real gem!

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time and the property manager was great.The accommodations fit all 6 of us very comfortably. The pool was awesome and the property was very clean and pretty.

Perfect place without breaking the bank

This place is amazing. Golf cart ride to the beach club where you enjoy shaded lounge chairs on beach and play in the waves all day. The view from room is amazing along with a massive pool. Host was responsive for every question.

Cana Rock

It was good, need to understand it’s next to Hard Rock Resort but you can’t access the resort or beach area without a day pass..which may or may not be available depending on the resort capacity, we were able to get a day pass for one day, but if you want the amenities you should just stay at the resort.

Place to Be

This vacation spot is the place to be in Cancun. Its very luxurious, on a covient location, and the property manager communicates in a timely fashion. The private beach club was a plus. The infinity pool was outside the patio behind a golf course. This place has everything you need to enjoy a vacation. I will be reserving this spot again.

Great property

I would not hesitate to stay here again. The home had plenty of space for my self and to daughters. It was nice and clean. The golf cart included was a plus. Please go to the beach club, you will love it. Owner responds very quickly for any questions you may have.

Amazing Getaway

The condo is perfect. Extremely safe and has all necessities to stay for a week in Punta Cana. It’s nice to have access to various beach clubs like Cana Bay & Hard Rock. Location is great to go to local beaches as well. Tatiana was extremely helpful and always available. Overall 10/10 experience! Thank you again!

Unit was as advertised - Tatiana the property manager was phenomenal - and together with Dana were on top of any and all requests in minutes. Walk out to the infinity pools was great and the weather throughout the stay was exceptional. No issue in recommending for any future stay!

Great place to spend your vacation!

The unit was very clean and well appointed. Walk out your patio to the inviting pool! Communication with Tatiana was excellent, she was quick to respond and tried he best to resolve any issues. As with many rental units not everything worked as it should or was in great shape, but overall nothing to complain about.

Nice condo for family getaway

Our family was very comfortable here and we enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean when we arrived and is decently stocked with linens and kitchen items. The golf cart was a fun addition and our kids loved walking out the back doors to jump into the pools. Tatiana was always accessible if we needed her. We did have some trouble getting through the guard gate at check in, but Tatiana was able to help us over the phone. Overall we would definitely recommend this property!

Clean bright unit

Nice unit. Golf part is a huge plus. As mentioned, there is an entrance fee of $25 USD/pp per day at Cana Bay Beach Club, but it can be applied towards any food or drinks. Nice pool and outdoor area. Basic essentials supplied and plenty of towels and linens. Thank you again for having us!

Property manager is amazing!!

We had an amazing trip. The golf cart was a huge plus, we took it everywhere. Everyone was so helpful, Titiana was hands down the best manager I have ever worked with it. We enjoyed the all inclusive passes at the hard rock, just know they aren’t a guarantee. The beach club was fantastic, great food and great drinks. There are infinite pools in your backyard. We will definitely be back.

Friends Vacay

Property manager was great communication wise. Pictures were not accurate to the place regarding the pool area. Hot water and wifi not working for duration of stay. It was a nice small condo, with access to ubers to travel area was easy.
