Bed was smaller than expected and very noisy but other than that the property was amazing! We were only there to sleep and it was a very convenient location! Easy access to all San Diego has to offer!

This is a great place for a couple or solo traveler. The host is responsive and the room was quiet. except for the squeaky bed, it was perfect. I found it unusual that I had to sign a separate contract and put down a security deposit.

Clean, well maintained property. Great location. Close to beaches, restaurants and Old Town. Very comfortable there although I must comment that the squeaky bed needs to be taken care of. Would stay again. Recommend for two folks.

It is a lower level apartment, with plenty of room for 4 people. The brand new inflatable mattress was very comfortable for my niece to sleep on. Street parking was readily available .It was very clean. And plenty of coffee supplied for our 4 day stay. Would stay again

Cozy place to stay in San Diego! Great location, close to everything we needed! Check in and check out was easy. Communication with the host was great when needed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. You'll have to park in the street which was not an issue for me, there was always some place to park even if it was down the street a little. The other neighbors took no issue with me parking in front of their homes when needed. Overall I'd definitely stay here again!

Overall, this was a nice spot for two people. Cozy and clean, it provided everything you could need for a few days' stay in the area. Jimmy was clear with check-in and check-out instructions and easy to communicate with when needed. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and feels safe. The location of the property is very great and close to all the major sights of San Diego if you're visiting for the first time. I don't think we ever drove more than 30 minutes to get anywhere. Street parking wasn't difficult to find any night even if you had to go a block over.
