Classic California beach cottage 1 1/2 blocks from the beach in Ocean Beach. The cottage is in excellent condition. It is near dog beach. Two rooms and a bathroom. Includes a designated parking space. There is a full size bed in the bedroom. The living room couch in front room makes into a second full sized bed bed. Includes full kitchen, refrigerator, internet and television. This property is completely fenced and is one of four cottages in a private setting. Ocean Beach is just north of downtown San Diego. The area incudes many fine restaurants, surf shops and beach wear clothing shops.

Visit to Ocean Beach
The property came as listed, it is in ideal location and is more than suitable for a small family, would not be big enough for more than 2 adults. Close to the beach and within walking distance to the center of Ocean Beach Great value for money!

We arrived in OB September 10th 2019 check in was easy. Location amazing blocks to beach. We picked this spot as we stayed in these places before none where available except this one in block now I know why the unit was dirty Cobb webs all over the walls the pots looked like they were used but not washed the outside of the fridge was nasty there was one beach towel for 2 people one day we had brown water to shower in and no other unit was having issues with water as we asked each unit. So needless to say we did not cook any meals while we were there. The nicest thing I can say is that we made friends with our next door neighbors and for that I am grateful. The other thing I should mention is we never heard once from property owners. All in all I will never stay at this particular unit again.

Great location, but not deep cleaned
This unit is in a great location and a good size. Spacious kitchen for this size unit. Only downside was it didn’t seem to be deep cleaned. There were some stains on and under the couch. A couple of the dishes we tried to use didn’t seem perfectly clean to begin with and there was dust/some hair throughout the unit when we checked in. The shower curtain was also molded.
