This apartment is FABULOUS. It is in an incredible location, especially if you are looking to see the Eiffel Tower. The residential neighborhood is filled with beautiful limestone apartment buildings, and you're a 2 minute walk to tons of brasseries and restaurants. The apartment itself is fabulous, with air conditioning throughout (a rarity for Paris apartments) and the beautiful set up worked very well for our family of five. We are to adtuls with three young kids age 10 and under. Loved that there were 3 showers. The light and views are peaceful and beautiful. Our stay was PERFECTION!

Beautiful Property

Really enjoyed our stay here. Our party included four adults and two children and this was really ideal for us as there was more than enough space and the extra bathrooms was a nice luxury. Our host was wonderful and even provided us with several dinner recommendations.

Beautiful, large, comfortable Parisian apartment in an incredibly convenient location. 3 full bathrooms, AC and this much space is unheard of in Paris! Beds were comfortable, view was beautiful, and the the kitchen was well stocked. We will be back!

Everything we could want for a great Paris Vacation!

Our hosts were marvelous and we loved the location of this spacious apartment. Travelled with our two teens and we thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood as well as the convenient location. By the time we left we all wanted to move in permanently. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic!

The location and layout were perfect for my family of 6: 3 couples ranging in age from 50 to 83. Beds and linens were superb. Only complaint was the showers-leaking to the floors and mildewed ceilings. Would stay again!

Fantastic Location, fantastic apartment in Paris

We had a great stay at Gregory and Pauline’s apartment. The location is amazing right on the Champs de Mars. Close to lots of restaurants, grocery stores and transportation. The apartment had an elevator and AC so made it easy for our group with ages that range from 6 to 82.

Wonderful Paris apartment

We had an amazing time! The hosts were excellent and the apartment was great. This location was is a quiet area but short walk to Eiffel tower. We were able to walk to most major attractions. This is close to restaurants and bakeries. Our favorite restaurant was Milagro. We highly recommend this apartment, great views and very comfortable space.

Excellent location in Paris

Great Paris location for our family of 6. So close to Eiffel Tower! Comfortable beds, nice to have 4 toilets and 3 showers. Bathrooms are typical small size for Europe, but nice shower heads. Kitchen was sparsely equipped but enough for simple meals, nespresso machine, good fridge and dishwasher.

Fabulous location

We all really enjoyed our stay. The primary bedroom was fantastic- the other 2 were small and lacked much storage space. The washer/dryer was nice to have but a load took about 5 hours. Extra towels would have been nice and a bath mat. All in all we loved it.

Wonderful property near the Eiffel Tower

We stayed here for several days prior to a cruise. 6 of us were well accomadated and had a wonderful time. While the Host wasn't immediately available to get us, the property manager was waiting for us. The property has just about everything needed to make the visit enjoyable and is situated near many restaurants and stores, and within walking distance of the train station, Notre Dame, museums and the Seine. We would DEFINITELY stay here again should the opportunity arise

Great apartment in Paris, in a great location

This is a really nice apartment operated by a great host. The apartment is very spacious and updated. It is a short walk to the Eiffel Tower, and the Metro station is only a couple of blocks away. My only negative comments would be that the towels need to be replaced (they are very scratchy) and some more seating in the very large living room would be nice for larger groups. Gregory is a great host and was very responsive and helpful. Overall, a great place to stay in Paris.

Wonderful location, spacious and cool

Had a wonderful stay at the apartment. We were there in the middle of August and the apartment air conditioning worked well to keep us cool once we sorted out how to turn it on (thanks to Gregg for the immediate help!) The location is amazing! You can walk to everything and the neighborhood is lovely. Like other reviewers, I wish the ceiling of the shower in the front bedroom didn't have mold but the shower worked perfectly so it was not intrusive. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and communication

The owners were very responsive to all of our requests and concerns. There were a couple minor issues with cleanliness; however, our concerns were quickly resolved. They also provided us with a bottle of for our minor inconvenience. Due to its desired location and size, the minor issues were possibly due to constant use. Highly recommend.

Great Location but needs some updating

Great location and very spacious apartment. Could use some updated furniture and kitchen supplies. Severe mold on ceiling in main shower. Some issues with light switches. Loose fixture in one shower.

Lovely Parisien Escape

Sunny. Great view. Spacious. Very hsppy vibe. For us the neighborhood and location was perfect. Near an open park, walking distance to the Seine. Area was full of small bakeries, fkower stores and bars and restaurants. From walking out of the front door, you felt like you were living in the city and not just passing through. The hosts were great. Very accomodating for early check in/ check out. Would return in a heart beat. We went for a week in cold February with our daughter who recently turned 18 and had a very warm family trip and the apartment contributed to a wonderful experience.

Paris Stay

Host was nice and helpful check in. However we booked because it said 3 king beds and there was only 1. Other 2 were pullouts or some tyoenifnsingle with a cot next to it. Huge problem is you travel with 2 adult boys. The place also wasn’t stocked well, no napkins paper towels. And overall not real clean. Also living room only seats 3 when your hanging out…just a coach and other forced to sleep on floor. I wouldn’t stay again for the price.

Dear Holly, Thank you for your review. We were happy to do our best efforts to welcome you in the morning instead of the afternoon for the check in.. The bed in the 2nd bedroom is 180x200 but indeed it is the merge of two single beds of 90x200 as some guests prefer single beds. This is the same in the third bedroom. The mattress is more than 20cm it is as comfortable as every bed. You should have asked us by WhatsApp for toilet paper. There was some in the storage space of the main WC. In the living room we have a sofa for three, two American armchairs Cherner as well as some chairs and some tractor stools Bassamfellows which indeed are not as comfortable as you could expect. We made the choice to prefer esthetic seats. Finally we will be more careful with the cleaning. May be the early check in obliged our cleaner to do quick but I agree that this is not an option. We hope that you have spent a nice stay. Best, Pauline and Greg
