This condo was great! It was spacious and spotless. They provided everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach (the beach chairs and pool floats were great). The view was beautiful. We will be back.

The condo was amazing! Nice beach theme and very clean. Big balcony has doors to the living room and master bedroom. Balcony also was a great place to sit and watch the waves. Wonderful spot to relax! We loved the beach, it was right there! The pool was also enjoyed. Perfect spot with many wonderful restaurants, stores and points of interest nearby. Our host was incredible. He answered every question we had and was quick to reply. All pictures and written descriptions do not compare with how truly perfect it was for our trip. My family came by and now everyone wants to rent their own place next year!

We had a wonderful stay at Beach Colony Resort 2B! The check in process was easy and without incident. Tim, our host, was very communicative and gave us early check in options too. Everything was very clean with plenty of room and storage. The view was AMAZING, with a gorgeous beach view on the spacious patio. We had an easy access to the beach, pier and restaurants close by. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect beach getaway!

It was amazing- fantastic view of the white sandy beach and green blue ocean, and had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Would definitely stay here again.

I will start by saying I go to Narvarre a lot and always stay at Beach Colony East …this was the 1st time I stayed in this unit …..I think this unit is in need of some love and attention ….and cleaned up real good. The ice box door needs to be flipped to open at the other side …the dryer door also . The ice maker in the fridge needs to be looked at ….the air conditioner may need to be checked … a new paint job would help this unit . But also as ALWAYS you can never beat the beautiful beach in Navarre.And Tim was very responsible when I messaged. On future trips I will probably go back to staying on a higher floor because I like the views from higher up.And the paper mini blind shades really need to go in the master bath …the one that faces the gulf won’t even go up. Also could use an upgrade on pans and forks and knives. And maybe a few more wash cloths.

Our stay was fabulous! The property is beautiful, clean and overlooks the most beautiful view of the Gulf. The host reached out just before our stay and made himself available for any questions. We look forward to rebooking in the summer.
