Beautiful bright apartment of 32m2, located on the third floor of a quiet, peaceful and secure residence, with swimming pool in the residence and accessible in season (from June 01 to September 30), elevator and private parking, 100m from Richelieu beach, the prettiest sandy beach of Cap d'Agde - close to all amenities and summer activities.
Leave the car in the private car park on arrival because all your trips can be made on foot or by bicycle.
Close to all shops (bakery, mini-market, caterers, restaurants, bar, ice cream parlor), the Aqualand water park and the leisure island, golf course. A 15-minute walk from the center of the seaside resort where you can access it by pleasant pedestrian paths along the sea and the port.
The apartment is modern and fully equipped to easily accommodate 04 people (01 bedroom with double bed + 01 independent sleeping area with 02 bunk beds). There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. We rent the apartment for 04 people because more, given its size, your comfort may suffer. Equipped with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, microwave, oven, fridge, TV, duvets, pillows, cleaning supplies ... It includes a dining room open by 3 large bay windows where you can take your meals in the sun with a view of the swimming pool, a living room with double convertible sofa, two independent bedrooms with small storage, an open kitchen, a bathroom-wc . Please note, there is no terrace or balcony, only bay windows that open onto the outside.
For a practical question, we cannot provide linens and towels. Remember to take them!
When booking, we ask you, via the site, a deposit of € 500 for damage, breakages or possible losses. It will be returned to you within 7 days if there is no damage.
We also ask for a participation of 20 € for the cleaning costs. However, the apartment must be left clean, condition in which you will find it on your arrival.
As soon as you make your reservation, we will draw up a rental contract. An inventory report will also be drawn up at your entry and exit.
Please note, the apartment is not suitable for people wishing to stay to party in the residence! Calm and family residence perfectly suited to families!
