Located between Saint Tropez and Ste Maxime, the magnificent Residence Les Restanques du Golfe de St Tropez - Maeva Home benefits from a beautiful wooded area of 25 hectares.



Between pine forests and only 3km from the beach, you will enjoy an ideal location to rediscover this beautiful region while admiring breathtaking views of the Mediterranean bay.



Even within your residence, a multitude of activities await you. Whether in the water with a 1600 m² aquatic area or in the open air with tennis courts, football/basketball/beach volleyball field and games for children, there is something for everyone!



You will stay in the Villas of the Restanques residence spread over two avenues. The Villas located Allée des Chênes are located near the village's central swimming pool, they have small gardens, ideal for stays with children, access to all the swimming pools of the residence included.

As for the Villas located on Allée du Lac, they have access to large exterior areas with beautiful private gardens, overlooking the lake of the residence.
